US: Property operations platform Breezeway has announced the launch of its new fully-integrated digital welcome book for guests – Breezeway Guide.
Breezeway Guide leverages the extensive data profile that Breezeway users build with their homes, along with customised entry and departure instructions, travel tips, house rules, safety instructions and other helpful information. With Guide, managers can delight and support guests with everything they need to know about their stay.
Fully integrated with the existing Breezeway platform, Guide includes guest messaging, service requests and property care coordination and is available for property managers and hosts of all sizes. With heightened guest demands and an increased emphasis on streamlining guest communication, Guide has been created to reduce back-and-forth communication and improve efficiencies.

In November, the company announced that its property care and messaging apps would be translated into Spanish [as well as English, Danish, German and Polish] and that it was integrating with WhatsApp, as well that it was opening a new office in Barcelona, Spain.
