Jay joined Catalyst in 2026 and is responsible for deal origination through writing research reports, formulating investment strategies and conducting company outreach. In addition to deal sourcing, he supports the deal team on target company due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Jay was an investment associate at Industry Ventures where he executed secondary investments in venture backed companies as well as GP and LP led transactions. He previously worked as an investment banking analyst and associate at Wells Fargo Securities focusing on M&A and capital raises for a variety of technology businesses.

Jay received his BSBA in Finance from Elon University, with minors in Accounting and Data Science.
