CEO Kate Eberle Walker assembles gender-balanced team to take the company forward

NEW YORK, May 21, 2019 – PresenceLearning, Inc., the leading provider of live online special education-related services to K-12 schools, has added four new members to its leadership team. The company’s new CFO, COO, CTO, and VP of Marketing & Communications complete the formation of a gender-balanced team of education industry leaders as the company positions itself for growth.

CFO Anthony Pane is an accomplished finance leader with experience at both publicly-traded and privately-held companies across diverse industries. He started his career at Big 4 accounting firms, Ernst & Young and PricewatershouseCoopers. Anthony has served as CFO of The Princeton Review; Head of Finance for FX Alliance, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters; and CFO of Sybari Software, which was acquired by Microsoft.

COO Cecilia Retelle Zywicki is a proven education leader and entrepreneur with policy, start-up, and operational expertise. In 2013, she co-founded and served as COO of Ranku, a Mark Cuban- and Microsoft-funded software start-up that enabled non-profit universities to compete with larger for-profit online degree companies. Ranku was acquired in 2016 by John Wiley & Sons, where Cecilia most recently served as VP of Operations & Strategic Partnerships.

CTO Russ Greenspan brings to PresenceLearning 20 years of experience as an engineering leader and software architect for edtech companies. He was most recently CTO at The Princeton Review where he led product, engineering, and IT, and built a comprehensive digital learning platform. Prior to that role, he was VP of Engineering at Tutor.com, where as a founding team member he built the leading online, on-demand tutoring platform.

VP of Marketing & Communications Laura Sullivan has spent her career driving value and revenue for education brands across a broad range of sectors including media, consumer
products, and technology-based services for students, parents, teachers, and administrators. Prior to joining PresenceLearning, Laura led marketing for The Princeton Review and Discovery Communications’ Discovery Kids business.
