Deven joined Catalyst in 2024 and is responsible for deal origination through writing research reports, formulating investment strategies and conducting company outreach. In addition to deal sourcing, he supports the deal team on target company due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Deven was an analyst at the Philly-based private equity firm LLR Partners, where he focused on sourcing and executing lower middle market FinTech and Financial Services investments.

Deven received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
