Annie joined Catalyst in 2024 and is responsible for deal origination through writing research reports, formulating investment strategies and conducting company outreach. In addition to deal sourcing, she supports the deal team on target company due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Annie was a private equity associate at Goldman Sachs, primarily focusing on co-investments and secondary transactions across a variety of industries, spanning from early stage to buyout investments.

Annie graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia, where she received a B.S. in Commerce, with a concentration in Finance, and Art History.
