Press release: SAN MATEO, CA—Jobvite (www.jobvite.com), the industry leader in best-of-breed recruiting software, today announced that it has surpassed one million jobs filled, with 270,000 hires in 2017 alone. Nearly 54 million jobseekers visited a Jobvite-powered hiring website in the past year, resulting in a 13% increase in new applications since 2016, and an 18% increase in new hires. The company’s database, which provides key insights into hiring trends, challenges, and best practices, now includes over 62 million unique jobseeker profiles. Additionally, Jobvite welcomed nearly 10,000 new recruiters to the platform in 2017, a 34% increase in total profiles from 2016.
This is only the latest achievement as the company continues to build its base of enterprise and midmarket customers. Over the past two years, the company has seen an increase in revenue of over 230 percent from enterprise customers and an increase of over 70 percent in revenue from the midmarket. This uptick in revenue reflects the company’s key growth in the enterprise and midmarket segments, adding new customers such as Habit Burger Grill, La-Z-Boy, and McClatchy.
“Reaching this growth milestone is a testament to the strength of our team and the power of the Jobvite Platform,” said Jobvite CEO, Dan Finnigan. “Our customers are reaching the right high-quality candidates faster by engaging them throughout the entire recruiting process, giving them a competitive edge in this tight labor market. We look forward to helping them do that even more effectively going forward by continuing to focus on cutting-edge technology and a candidate-centric recruiting philosophy.”
Jobvite’s commitment to developing top-of-the-line technology for recruiters has led to a wave of recent product innovation and partnerships. In late 2017, the company announced AI-powered hiring tools and products to help recruiters hire the right candidates faster — including smart candidate ranking and predictive time-to-hire. Jobvite introduced a new Universal Data Connector enabling seamless connectivity to industry leading BI tools such as Domo and Tableau. Other new enterprise-grade capabilities include custom roles, candidate and requisition management, and the hiring team mobile app.
Jobvite continues to lead the industry in providing excellent customer experiences. Named a leader in IDC MarketScape for Worldwide Modern Talent Acquisition Systems, Jobvite was recognized for its ability to anticipate and support customers’ unique needs. This strength in driving customer success earned Jobvite a 2018 Silver Stevie Award for Innovation in Customer Service, the company’s eighth Stevie Award to date.
